AI agents and automation for a value-creating operating model.
Implementation, governance and operation for companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We look at where time is lost in your workflows and decide for each step whether a fixed rule is enough or an AI agent is needed. We build the solution into your existing systems, with defined permissions and approvals.
AI has arrived in most companies, but it is rarely in reliable use in day-to-day business.
AI has long been on the management agenda in most companies. In practice, however, the topic has often been handed off to individual pilots, external service providers or isolated initiatives in single departments. What is missing is an operation with clear responsibilities whose benefit can be shown in KPIs.
Most of the work on an AI agent starts after the first working prototype: connecting it to real data and systems, setting permissions and approvals, and deciding who is accountable for the result.
For companies that want to know what pays off before implementation.
Assessment, process analysis and governance are handled by one team. You do not have to hand results over between several service providers.
From target state to operational implementation, on three levels and from one team.
Target state and use case portfolio
Together with management, we define the target state and derive a prioritised use case portfolio, assessed by business value, feasibility and risk profile.
Current-state analysis and target design
We map the relevant processes in a structured way together with the process owners and make implicit experience-based knowledge explicit.
Architecture and implementation
For each process step, we define the appropriate solution approach. Where a process does not require an agent, we neither recommend nor implement one.
Different starting points call for different entry points, but one consistent approach.
Where does your company stand in using AI agents?
13 questions, about four minutes. You receive a rating in five areas and a concrete first step for the area with the greatest need to catch up.
Whether an AI rollout holds up depends on the roles and on acceptance within the team.
That is why, before go-live, we clarify who takes on which role, involve the relevant stakeholders early and enable your employees to steer and monitor agent systems.
An Agent Board governs the use of AI, and responsibility grows with proven performance.
The Agent Board
An interdisciplinary body made up of management, process owners, IT, information security, data protection and employee representatives decides on the approval of use cases, the permissions for each agent and on scaling, adjustment or decommissioning. During the set-up phase, we prepare decisions and moderate.
The autonomy level model
The board decides on the move to the next level based on defined KPIs such as correction rate and output quality. Not every process is suitable for a higher level; this differentiation is part of the model.
Information security and compliance are part of the solution from the first architecture draft.
We measure success by lead time, correction rate and processing volume in live operation.
Our agent systems include built-in value tracking. The KPIs are continuously available to the Agent Board and enable fact-based governance. We define the KPI framework together with you before go-live; assessment and decisions remain within your organisation.
With us, management, engineering and compliance come from one team.
For each engagement, we put together a tailored team from our network. A single point of contact leads the engagement and keeps hand-offs to a minimum between strategy consulting, implementation, IT and compliance.
Agent systems take on preparatory and executing tasks. Decision-making responsibility stays with people.
Each agent is assigned to a responsible person and acts only within defined autonomy and permission limits. This principle also applies to our own work: experienced experts are responsible for analyses, architecture decisions and recommendations.
You start with a clearly defined engagement.
In the AI Operating Review, we work with you to gain a well-founded overview within two to three weeks and derive concrete priorities. Your contact: Nathalie Baruth.
