AI Operating Review: a basis for deciding on AI agents in two to three weeks.
The AI Operating Review is our entry engagement. It ends with an implementation recommendation, including business cases and a governance framework, on which your management can base a decision. The results belong to you, even if you implement with a different partner.
How the three weeks run.
Discovery
Kick-off with management on the target state and existing initiatives. Interviews with the process owners of the areas in scope and review of existing process and system documentation.
Assessment
Assessment of possible use cases by business value, feasibility and risk profile, and against the five suitability criteria. Alignment with your IT on data availability and system access.
Recommendation
Business cases for the prioritised use cases, governance framework and implementation recommendation. Presentation and discussion in the closing meeting with management.
What you have in hand at the end.
You receive all results as documents that you can share internally.
What we need from your organisation.
We agree the dates and participants with you before the start.
We clarify in the initial call whether the review is the right starting point.
We discuss which areas should be in scope and who will be involved on your side.
