Contact form and email
If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, company, role, email address, starting point and message) in order to answer your enquiry and prepare an initial call. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, for general enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). The form is transmitted by email to our mailbox at WEB.DE (1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Germany).

For the AI Readiness Check, we process your name, company, email address, your answers and the result in order to send you the evaluation. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by starting the check. You can withdraw it at any time by email.
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the pages, the server stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider deletes the log files automatically after a short period.
Fonts and external services
All fonts are stored on our own web space. When you access the website, no connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party providers. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or embedded third-party content.

Our company is based in the United Arab Emirates. Your enquiry is processed there. The transfer is necessary to answer your enquiry and to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Storage period
We delete enquiries and the related communication once they have been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply. We delete data from the AI Readiness Check as soon as you withdraw your consent or the purpose no longer applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority at your place of residence or work. An informal email to nathalie-baruth@web.de is sufficient.
