Where AI agents make a reliable contribution in the company.
Agents create the most value in recurring work patterns such as checking, reconciling and drafting, which occur in almost every department. We therefore organise application areas by the type of work and check every process before we recommend an agent.
Five work patterns in which agents prepare and people decide.
WORK PATTERN
Consolidate and prepare
Information sits in several systems, inboxes and file stores. The agent brings it together into a reliable working basis; the decision remains with the responsible person.
01
SALES
Briefing for customer meetings
Combines a customer's history, open items and recent developments into a concise meeting preparation.
Level 2 · Prepare
02
MARKETING
Consolidated campaign reporting
Transfers metrics from different platforms into a uniform structure and comments on notable changes.
Level 3 · After approval
03
FINANCE
Supporting documents for the month-end close
Compiles receipts and balances and documents which items are still open.
Level 2 · Prepare
The level shown is the autonomy level at which we usually start the deployment. Each further level requires a decision by the Agent Board.
Suitability check02
Not every process needs an agent.
Before we recommend an agent, we check every process against five criteria. Only when all of them are met does the benefit justify the effort for setup, governance and operation.
K1Repetition and volumeThe task occurs often enough for the setup, operation and monitoring of an agent to be economically viable.
K2Need for judgementThe task requires classification, interpretation or wording that goes beyond fixed rules.
K3Available data basisThe required information is held in approved sources and is accessible in sufficient quality.
K4Clear responsibilityIt is clear who is professionally accountable for the result and who decides on approvals.
K5Acceptable risk profileErrors can be detected and corrected through approvals, spot checks or logging.
CONVENTIONAL AUTOMATION IS ENOUGH HERE
Fixed if-then rules with no room for discretion
Pure data transfer between two systems
Scheduled reports without interpretation of content
Form and approval workflows with fixed paths
Where a process does not require an agent, we neither recommend nor implement one.
Agent profiles03
For every agent it is defined who is accountable, who approves and how it is measured.
The profiles shown are examples. In the engagement we develop them together with you and record them as the binding basis for the Agent Board.

Embedding in operations04
Every agent works within a fixed framework.
From the triggering event through the approved data sources and human approval to the existing systems, every step is defined, governed by the Agent Board and fully logged.
